Yes, our cleaners come to each booking with an array of equipment, some of which exceeds 100kg in weight. Hence, we will need to park one of our vans at or close to the property. Parking should be organised by the client ahead of the clean as to avoid any porblem or delays.
We usually require a £50 deposit to secure the booking. The outstanding balance is then due upon completion of the booking, and can be paid via cash, bank transfer of card.
